Last night Jason and I finished up watching Celebrity Apprentice...yeah I know stupid but with the writers strike we got hooked. One of my favorite contestants was Trace Adkins, who actually made it to the final 2. He's an adorable country singer and when he spoke he just made you feel good. On the finale they had him perform one of his songs, "You're Gonna Miss This". See it here . I guess it really hit home with me. Especially right now, all this wedding planning, Jason and I right now in this tiny house, no kids, where we are at in our careers. Right now it all looks like a bunch of burdens but eventually things will change and you won't have these anymore...so enjoy it, enjoy the now. Kinda put things in perspective for me....much needed!

Did you make it through the finale without crying in the song? I DIDNT!!!! Love that song, love him 2. And, I feel the exact same way. Been thinking about that stuff a lot lately..u just never know when "this" will end..and all that will be left are memories of how "it" was.
That is a good song.
